Alastair Greene revisits Trouble at Your Door in deluxe edition
Alastair Greene’s remastered Trouble at Your Door returns November 13 with two session extras.
Ruf Records announced Alastair Greene’s remastered Trouble at Your Door deluxe edition on October 8. The album is due November 13, 2026.
Returning to the 2013 sessions
Sean McCue remastered the album, which he recorded at Coyote Road Studios in Santa Barbara in 2013. Originally released in 2014 through Delta Groove/Eclecto Groove Productions, it features drummer Austin Beede and bassist Jim Rankin.
In Ruf’s announcement, Greene says he wanted to restore the character of the original mixes. The session extras are an acoustic “Drunk Again” and “3 Bullets,” featuring Erik Norlander on Hammond organ.
A Rory Gallagher connection
Ruf introduced the remastered single “People” on October 9. The label traces its slide-guitar riff to Rory Gallagher’s influence and describes its message as staying hopeful through difficult times.
The single is available now; the deluxe album follows next month. Find release details and pre-order options here.
