Zoom NEURIG US preorder: $299.99, with capture to follow
US preorder pricing is confirmed, but hardware shipping and the planned capture service follow different timelines.
Zoom’s NEURIG now has a US preorder price: $299.99 at Sweetwater. The retailer says Zoom expects shipping to begin in mid-November 2026. That is a shipping estimate—not confirmation that units are in stock today.
It is a concrete update to our earlier coverage of the Japan announcement, which did not establish US pricing. TONE3000’s October 26 announcement also points US buyers to the preorder. The important detail is that ordering the hardware and receiving every announced feature are separate milestones.
Three dates to keep separate
- Preorder now: Sweetwater lists NEURIG at $299.99 in the US.
- Expected shipment: the retailer currently says mid-November 2026; that timing could change.
- Capture functionality: Zoom and TONE3000 say the amp-and-pedal capture service is planned for December 2026.
The December roadmap also includes the SessionZ Store. Neither future feature should be treated as already delivered simply because a preorder is available.
NAM playback is not the same as making a capture
NEURIG supports NAM A2 Lite natively. Through Zoom’s SessionZ Pedal app, players can browse TONE3000’s library and load compatible captures into their rigs. TONE3000 cautions that not every .nam file uses the supported architecture, so compatibility matters more than a headline library count.
Creating a new capture of your own equipment is the later service: TONE3000 describes the pedal recording the connected gear, sending that recording over Wi-Fi for cloud processing, and receiving the resulting model. That is different from loading an existing capture.
What the preorder does—and does not—tell you
The announced hardware combines two touchscreens, four footswitches, USB audio and up to 14 simultaneous effects. Free access to the TONE3000 library is separate from purchases in the forthcoming SessionZ Store.
The price gives US players a firmer comparison point. It does not establish Swedish pricing, a worldwide delivery date or how the unit performs in a particular rig. For a purchase decision, check the current shipping estimate and the features available when your unit arrives—not just the roadmap.
