Converge and Oathbreaker lead new Lucidity festival in Melbourne
Melbourne’s new Lucidity festival pairs exclusive Converge and Oathbreaker album-focused sets on March 13, 2027.

Converge and Oathbreaker will lead the first Lucidity festival at Melbourne Pavilion on March 13, 2027. Destroy All Lines has announced the new heavy-music event with two festival-exclusive sets built around Jane Doe and Rheia, alongside eight more acts.
The official Lucidity lineup bills Converge’s appearance as “25 Years of Jane Doe” and Oathbreaker’s as “10 Years of Rheia”. Those are the names of the announced sets, with both bands placed at the top of the inaugural bill.
A rare Jane Doe performance
Promoter Destroy All Lines describes Converge’s slot as an exclusive performance of the Jane Doe album. It also says the visit will be the band’s first to Australia since 2019. Oathbreaker’s Rheia set is billed as the Belgian band’s first trip to the southern hemisphere.
Extortion, Portrayal of Guilt, The Broderick, Wiegedood, Ends in Tragedy, Blind Girls, ISUA and Melting complete the announced lineup. The Broderick will mark Free To Rot, Free of Sin with a festival-exclusive set; Wiegedood’s appearance is also listed as exclusive to the festival.

Lucidity is an 18-plus event limited to 2,000 tickets, according to the organizer. Destroy All Lines lists early-bird admission at A$109.90 and general admission at A$119.90. Presale registration is available through its event page, with the presale scheduled for October 19.
