Kingfish shares “The Chase” ahead of Hard Road (Extended)

Christone “Kingfish” Ingram has shared “The Chase” ahead of Hard Road (Extended), which adds four tracks to his 2025 album on October 16.

The expanded edition runs to 15 tracks, closing with “The Chase,” “Train,” “(Still) Nothin’ But Your Love” and “Two. Four. Eight.” The final track features Yussef Dayes.

A second look at Hard Road

For listeners who already know the original album, the extra material starts at track 12. “The Chase,” available now, clocks in at 4:40 on the official Bandcamp listing.

The guest credit on “Two. Four. Eight” gives the expanded edition another point of interest beyond the advance track. Hearing how that collaboration fits alongside the other additions is one reason to return to the record when the complete release arrives.

The original Hard Road appeared on September 26, 2025, with 11 tracks. Its official release page credits producers Tom Hambridge, Patrick “Guitarboy” Hayes and Nick Goldston. This expanded edition is listed through Red Zero Records, under exclusive licence to Exceleration Music Partners.
